Melissa Kehler has over 15 years of experience in administration, operations, and customer service management. As an image consultant, Melissa uses her talents to strengthen progressive thinking in individuals and businesses.

As Director of Recruiting, Development, and Marketing for the regional group of Northwestern Mutual Financial Network, Melissa has gained valuable insight into today's business climate. Her experience has given her a keen understanding of best practices in the interview process and enables her to facilitate a mutual fit between a quality candidate and a prospective employer. She is also an active member of the Society for Human Resource Management.

Melissa attended Endicott College prior to moving to Germany where she earned credentials in travel and tourism. Her national and international travel experiences led to a successful ten year career as a travel consultant to include serving as a travel and tourism instructor for Northern Virginia Community College.

In addition, Melissa has received training in sales and marketing from the Academy of Wells Fargo. Most recently, she underwent extensive training on the Harrison Assessment.

Melissa is dedicated to improving the quality of her community. She serves as co-chair of the Genesis Group's Newcomers Committee and secretary for the Sauquoit Rotary. As a breast cancer survivor, Melissa is active with the American Cancer Society and its Relay for Life. In addition, she is involved with the preservation of the Stanley Theatre, a historic community landmark in Utica, New York.

In 2006, Melissa was named one of the top "40 Under 40 in the Mohawk Valley" and also appeared in the Mohawk Valley Business Journal.
